About the Role:
You will be the engineer who turns our platform into live customer deployments. All of our customers a resort, a golf course, a restaurant group need the platform shaped around how they actually operate: agents configured, integrations wired up, and a steady stream of smaller tools, automations, and utilities built on top of our OS to close the gap between what the platform does out of the box and what the customer needs on day one. That is your job.
You will work closely with our delivery and customer success team in Sunnyvale, taking signed customers from kickoff to a fully deployed, working system. This is an early-career role with unusual scope: you will ship real software for real customers every week and see the direct impact of your work on live properties.
What You'll Do:
- Deploy our platform for current customers: configure AI agents, call flows, knowledge bases, and SOPs to match each property's operations.
- Build smaller tools, scripts, and custom configurations on top of Dextr OS data loaders, integration glue, dashboards, automations whatever a deployment needs to go live.
- Wire up integrations with customer systems (PMS, POS, telephony, guest messaging, CRMs) using APIs, webhooks, and low-code tooling.
- Write and refine prompts for customer-facing AI agents, and test agent conversations end-to-end before go-live.
- Debug deployment issues across the stack from a misbehaving prompt to a failing API call and fix them fast.
- Turn repeated deployment work into reusable tooling and templates, so every customer after this one goes live faster.
- Collaborate daily with the US-based delivery team and feed deployment learnings back to the core platform engineering team in Bangalore.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of software engineering experience (internships at product companies count toward this).
- Solid programming fundamentals in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Hands-on curiosity about LLMs and AI agents you have built something with an LLM API, even if it was a side project.
- A builder's bias: given a customer problem, you would rather ship a small working tool today than design a big system for next month.
- Strong debugging instincts and the persistence to chase an issue across systems you did not write.
- Clear written and spoken communication you will document what you build and occasionally interact directly with customer teams.
- Willingness to work in-person from our Bangalore office, with some overlap with US Pacific hours for deployment handoffs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with prompt engineering or evaluating AI/agent conversation quality.
- Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, CCaaS, or telephony systems.
- Familiarity with hospitality technology (PMS, POS, guest messaging) or integration-heavy B2B products.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, or internal tool builders.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary, depending on experience.
- Meaningful early-stage equity.
- Health insurance coverage.
- Direct mentorship from senior platform engineers and the US delivery team.
- The chance to define the forward-deployed engineering function at a fast-moving, venture-backed AI company.
