? Experience: 8–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Formwork Incharge to oversee all formwork and shuttering activities for a large-scale Hospital Building Project in Vellore. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of formwork systems while ensuring safety and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and supervise all formwork and shuttering activities at the project site.

Coordinate with the Site Engineers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of RCC works.

Ensure proper installation, alignment, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork systems.

Monitor productivity, manpower, and material utilization to achieve project milestones.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

Conduct inspections before and after concrete pouring to ensure formwork stability and accuracy.

Coordinate with safety teams to ensure adherence to HSE guidelines during formwork operations.

Manage and monitor modern formwork systems such as Doka, PERI,



MFE, Mivan, Aluminium Formwork, and conventional shuttering systems.

Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with planning and QA/QC teams.

Resolve site-related technical issues pertaining to formwork and structural works.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of RCC building construction and formwork systems.

Experience with Doka, PERI, MFE, Mivan, Aluminium Formwork, or similar systems.

Hands-on experience in hospital, institutional, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.

Good understanding of construction drawings and execution methodologies.

Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

8–10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.

Preferred Experience in Hospital Building Projects will be an added advantage.

Tamil candidates preferred.
