Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Forcepoint Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage Forcepoint security solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP, Web Security, and Email Security, ensuring data protection and secure access across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and manage Forcepoint DLP policies
- Manage Forcepoint Web Security (SWG/NGFW) and Email Security solutions
- Monitor security alerts, incidents, and policy violations
- Troubleshoot Forcepoint-related issues and provide L2/L3 support
- Perform policy tuning to reduce false positives
- Work with stakeholders to understand data protection requirements
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Create and maintain security documentation, SOPs, and reports




- Coordinate with Forcepoint OEM / partners for escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP (Endpoint, Network, Email)
- Solid knowledge of Forcepoint Web Security / NGFW
- Understanding of Data Classification and Data Loss Prevention concepts
- Experience in incident handling and security monitoring
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Proxy, Firewall)
- Exposure to SIEM tools is a plus Preferred Skills:
- Forcepoint certification(s) preferred
- Experience in enterprise security environments
- Good communication and documentation skills
