Monitor manufacturing of fruit beverages and ensure product quality. Develop and improve beverage formulations (Kokum, Amla, Mango, Orange, etc.). Standardize recipes and production processes. Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP and food safety standards. Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), SOPs and quality documentation.

Monitor

Brix, pH, acidity, preservatives and microbiological quality. Handle customer complaints related to product quality. Reduce product wastage and improve production efficiency. Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Maintenance departments. Assist during internal and external audits. Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the plant. Validate shelf life and stability of products. Support new product development and commercial trials.
