Role Description This full-time Food and Beverage Associate role is an on-site position based in Pune City. The associate will prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages, handle baked goods, and ensure presentation standards are met. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

The role also involves managing basic inventory tasks, supporting opening and closing procedures, and following all food safety and hygiene guidelines. The associate will collaborate with the café team to deliver consistent,



high-quality guest experiences and contribute to a positive, professional work workplace.

Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including handling and presenting drinks and baked products.

Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction and a welcoming café atmosphere.

Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.

Basic Culinary Skills relevant to café operations, such as beverage preparation and simple food handling.

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cash handling practices is beneficial.

Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and manage fast-paced service hours.

Enthusiasm for specialty coffee and willingness to learn about coffee roasting and brewing methods.
