- Provide hands-on technical support and development for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and D365 Finance & Operations in both cloud and on-premises environments
- Manage installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of SQL Server databases supporting AX and D365 FO
- Support application upgrades, patches, and setting maintenance activities
- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, build and release pipelines, and work item tracking
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with functional consultants and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure adherence to system security, backup, and recovery best practices
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience working with both cloud-based and on-premises D365 FO environments
- Strong experience with SQL Server installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and release management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
