Job Opening: FMCG Sales Executive Position: Sales Executive – FMCG Location: South Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month Handsome Performance Incentives Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in the South Kolkata market. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Ensure regular market visits and effective route coverage. Collect orders and coordinate with the delivery team for timely execution. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability at retail outlets.

Collect market feedback and submit daily sales reports to the management. Coordinate with distributors to improve sales and market penetration.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales. Excellent knowledge of the South Kolkata market and retail network.



Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone-based reporting applications. Candidates with an existing retailer network in South Kolkata will be preferred.

Qualification:Higher Secondary or Graduate.

Experience in handling FMCG products and distributor sales.
