Prepare and maintain the following reports:

Stock Report – Real-time stock visibility across locations.

Biscuit Report – Product category-specific stock and order analysis.

Confect Report – Inventory and order tracking for confectionery.

Snack Report – Stock movement and demand fulfillment report.

Ageing Report – Highlight ageing stock and recommend actions.

Weekly Own Brand Report – Track own brand product performance and stock.

Weekly Hubs Report – Consolidated report from all distribution hubs.

Monthly Plan vs Supply vs Order Report – Analyze gaps and trends between forecast, supply, and order data.

? Order & Stock Operations

Open SO Report Execution: Regularly update and track open sales orders.

Open SO Closure: Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely closure of sales orders.

SO Amendments: Process and update any changes to sales orders with accuracy.

PO Creation: Generate purchase orders in coordination with supply planning.

Order Allocation (Factory to CFA):



Allocate orders based on stock availability and priorities.

Order Alignment with Logistics: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure dispatches match order plans.

Order Execution: End-to-end tracking from order receipt to delivery.

Billing Closure: Ensure invoicing is completed for executed orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Robust proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and BI tools.

Good understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) and inventory processes.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

Knowledge of FMCG product categories is an advantage.

Familiarity with inventory ageing, stock rotation, and warehouse operations.
