Role Overview :

As a Flutter Developer at Scaling Theory, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-impact mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences. Your work will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our mobile ecosystem, ensuring that our applications remain responsive and feature-rich for a growing user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart to ensure consistent performance across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, enhancing the overall functionality and connectivity of the mobile product.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, refining state management, and implementing efficient memory usage patterns.




- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement automated testing protocols to maintain high code quality and minimize technical debt.
- Translate complex design wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces that align with the company's design language and user experience standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, including design patterns like BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod, to manage complex application states.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within an agile, fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in integrating native modules and platform-specific features when necessary to bridge the gap between Flutter and native code.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote-first workplace.
