Role Description We're hiring a Flutter Developer for Android + iOS.

Non-negotiable: you must have personally released apps to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store — signing, review, rollout, the whole cycle. Please include store links when you apply.

What we need from you

- «2–4» years hands-on Flutter + Dart on production apps
- Clean widget composition, controlled rebuilds, and a clear state management approach (Riverpod / Provider)
- Adaptive UI from Figma — phone and tablet, safe areas, no clipped layouts
- Theming through ThemeData / ColorScheme tokens, not hard-coded colours and fonts




- REST API integration with proper loading / empty / error states
- Navigation + deep links (go_router), forms with validation, secure token storage
- Accessibility — Semantics, TalkBack / VoiceOver, AA contrast, large text scaling
- Performance — 60fps, lazy lists, cached images, profiled in DevTools
- Release ownership — keystore & Play App Signing, signed AAB, Play Console test tracks + staged rollout, Data Safety form; Xcode archive, certificates & provisioning profiles, App Store Connect, TestFlight, App Privacy, and handling review rejections
- dev / staging / prod via flavors + --dart-define; Crashlytics or Sentry on releases

Nice to have

- Push notifications (FCM / APNs), app links / universal links
- CI/CD via Fastlane / Codemagic / GitHub Actions
- Widget + integration tests; a little native Kotlin / Swift for platform channels
