Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Operations ● Oversee daily showroom functioning, customer flow, and department coordination to maintain efficiency and professionalism.

● Manage customer allocation and staffing levels to ensure continuous coverage and prompt service.

● Uphold discipline, service standards, and overall operational readiness across the floor.

2. Customer Experience ● Deliver a seamless customer journey by ensuring prompt greetings, minimal wait times, and consistent service quality.

● Step in to support customer needs, resolve concerns early, and maintain a positive experience regardless of purchase outcome.

3. Team Leadership ● Lead, brief, and supervise all floor teams, aligning manpower with customer traffic and business needs.

● Drive performance through coaching, motivation, and reinforcement of grooming, behaviour, and teamwork standards.

● Review daily operations, attendance, and team effectiveness to maintain discipline and productivity.

4. Sales Operations ● Track sales performance, conversion rates, and target achievement across departments in real time.

● Identify gaps, support underperforming areas,



and promote cross-selling and upselling initiatives in coordination with Department Heads.

5. CRM & Customer Accountability ● Maintain complete customer accountability by ensuring accurate CRM registration, assignment, and data quality.

● Capture walkout reasons, validate follow-up commitments, and uphold full visibility of every showroom interaction.

6. Walkout Management ● Oversee non-purchase exits by facilitating recovery efforts, analysing root causes, and driving corrective actions.

● Maintain structured reporting to identify trends and reduce lost sales opportunities.

7. Performance Monitoring

Track and review

● Customer footfall and waiting time

● Conversion percentage and average bill value

● Department and individual sales performance

● CRM compliance and walkout percentage

● Customer satisfaction and repeat customer ratio

8. Coordination

● Cashiers

● Customer Order Team

● Old Gold Valuation Team

● Inventory Team

● General Manager

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
