Experience: 3+ Years in Team Leading

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Manage Lead and Pre-Sales Executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Monitor digital lead follow-ups, call quality, conversions, and site visit generation.

Drive team performance through regular coaching, reviews, and training.

Ensure proper lead qualification and smooth handover to the Sales team.

Track team KPIs, productivity, and conversion metrics.

Handle team queries, improve processes, and maintain floor discipline.

Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve overall business targets.

Desired Profile





3+ years of experience in team leading.

Experience in Real Estate BPO / Pre-Sales / Tele-Sales team handling will be preferred.

Hands-on experience managing digital lead and team performance.

Result oriented Leadership, Experience in Customer Communication and team management skills .

Ability to drive team targets and improve productivity.

Candidates with experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
