- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and high-quality Flutter applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter framework.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter development and propose innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of qualified experience in Flutter development.
- Prior experience working in an Edtech company or familiarity with Edtech products and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile app development concepts.
- Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and handling data from backend services.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- A portfolio of previous Flutter projects or apps is a plus.
