? Hiring: Oracle FLEXCUBE Production Support (L0/L1)

? Location: Offshore India – Bangalore

? Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Production Support professionals to join a banking project supporting Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking and its integrated ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L0/L1 production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Execute EOD/BOD sanity checks and recurring operational activities.
- Support audit, compliance, and ITIL processes.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, shift handovers, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Required Skills:





- 15+ years of IT experience.
- Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE production support experience.
- Positive understanding of Retail, Corporate, Islamic, and Trade Banking modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and Unix/Linux.
- Knowledge of log analysis, file handling, and middleware (WebLogic, MQ, OHS).
- Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting banking audit and compliance activities.
