- Build robust relationships with Delivery Executives through regular field visits
- Lead DE engagement and support initiatives
- Monitor operational performance and manage your assigned city/zone end-to-end
- Collaborate with Hiring and Business teams to drive growth and resolve operational challenges
Who We're Looking For
- Graduates or both experienced or freshers ready to take on responsibility
- Comfortable working with Excel and handling day-to-day reporting
- Strong communication skills in both Malayalam and English
- Someone who enjoys field operations, problem-solving, and delivering results
