We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support project delivery, team coordination, and day-to-day operations at our Noida office. ? Location: Noida, Work From Office ? Experience: 5 to 10 years ??? ????????????????: ✔️ Track project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups ✔️ Coordinate work across developers, project managers, leadership, and international clients ✔️ Monitor task progress and ensure team members provide timely updates ✔️ Prepare project status reports, trackers, meeting notes, and presentations ✔️ Schedule meetings and coordinate communication across multiple time zones ✔️ Maintain project documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently ✔️ Identify risks, delays,



and bottlenecks and escalate them proactively ✔️ Support day-to-day office coordination, team discipline, and operational follow-through ???? ?? ??? ??????? ???: ✔️ Bachelor’s degree required;

MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred ✔️ Excellent spoken and written English ✔️ Robust organizational, communication, and follow-up skills ✔️ Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously ✔️ Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms ✔️ Prior experience working with international clients or distributed teams - ✔️ Experience in an IT services, software development, or product engineering environment
