About the RoleThe Civil Finishing Manager is responsible for supervising and executing all finishing works in construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and coordination with contractors and project teams

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee execution of finishing works including masonry, tiling, painting, plastering, false ceiling, faade, stone cladding, waterproofing, and interior fittings.

- Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance during finishing activities.

- Calculate material quantities and monitor usage to minimize waste.

- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of finishing works.

- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues related to finishing activities.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and environmental regulations.

- Assist in preparation of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 10+ years of experience in finishing works for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies, and quality parameters.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects.

- Familiarity with contemporary finishing techniques and sustainable materials.

- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors simultaneously.

- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
