- Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral-level courses in the relevant specialization.

- Develop and update course content in line with industry trends and academic standards.

- Employ innovative pedagogical methods, including case studies, simulations, and experiential learning.

- Design assessments, examinations, projects, and practical assignments.

- Mentor and guide students for academic and career development.

- Publish research papersin reputed Scopus, ABDC,



Web of Science, and UGC-CARE indexed journals.

- Secure research grants,consultancy projects, and funded research opportunities.

- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industry interactions.

- Facilitate internships,live projects, and placement-related activities.

- Participate in curriculum design and accreditation activities.

- Assist in NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and other quality assurance initiatives.

- Support student clubs, academic events, competitions, and institutional committees.

nEligibility Criteria:

NAssistant Professor

- Master's Degree with atleast 55% marks in the relevant discipline.

- Ph.D. in FinTech qualified.
N
- Robust teaching aptitude and research potential.
N
- Minimum 3 years of experience.

nAssociate Professor

N

n
- Ph.D. in FinTech qualified.
N
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized university/institution.
N
- Minimum 7 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
N
- Candidates should have experience in supervising Ph.D. scholars, with at least one research scholar registered under their guidance. Proven experience in research supervision, academic leadership, and institutional administrative responsibilities will be preferred.
