- 8+ yrs (for Manager) years of progressive experience in consulting in the areas of inclusive finance, access to credit, MSME finance, development impact, donor fund/ international assignments
- Strong experience in primary/secondary research, financial inclusion diagnostics, access-to-credit studies, impact assessments, monitoring and evaluation (MEL), and analytical assignments
- Experience leading teams of Consultants/Analysts and grooming junior team members.
- Delhi NCR based or willing to relocate (this is work from office position). Should be open to travel
- Valuable to have experience in proposal writing, responding to Govt./ PSU RFPs, developing thought leadership, and business development
