The Opportunity: Guardian of Financial Integrity

We are seeking a highly meticulous, analytical, and process-driven Accountant to anchor our daily financial operations. In this role, you will not just be entering data; you will be the custodian of our financial accuracy.

We need a professional who possesses a deep, foundational understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation. If you have an uncompromising eye for detail, a zero-tolerance policy for reconciliation mismatches, and the ability to deliver precise financial reports on strict deadlines, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) maintenance, and journal entries.

Reconciliation Mastery: Execute rigorous bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations. Identify, investigate, and swiftly resolve any discrepancies.

Taxation & Compliance: Ensure flawless, timely calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes, including GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax. Stay updated on changing tax regulations to ensure strict corporate compliance.

Month-End & Year-End Closing:



Lead the month-end and annual financial closing processes. Prepare accurate trial balances, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review, highlighting cash flow status, aging analysis, and key financial metrics.

Audit Support: Act as a key liaison for internal and statutory auditors. Prepare required schedules, ensure proper documentation, and assist in the smooth completion of annual audits.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate accounting processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in a core accounting role.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com). Candidates with CA (Inter) or CMA (Inter) will have a distinct advantage.

Taxation Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of current GST laws, TDS mechanisms, and e-invoicing processes is strictly mandatory.

Tech & ERP Fluency: High proficiency in accounting software/ERPs (Tally Prime, Odoo, SAP, etc.). Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas) are non-negotiable.
