Role Description The Finance Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including monitoring accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

The Finance

Specialist will analyze financial data to provide insights on cost control, cash flow, and project profitability, and assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards,



and regulatory requirements. The role includes collaborating with project, procurement, and management teams to support financial decision-making, preparing reports for leadership, and coordinating with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with practical experience in corporate or project-based environments.

Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.

Effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information clearly and accurately.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting software; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance applicable to EPC or infrastructure sectors.

Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work on-site in Nagpur in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
