- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations (GST) and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide guidance on financial best practices to team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a solid background in Business Finance, Budgeting, Accounting, Taxation, GST, and Financial Management.
- M.Com degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
