WFH: Monday & Friday

WFO: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team.

Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls.

Manage audits, taxation, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Drive process improvements and maintain financial accuracy.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

✔ 4–8 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.

✔ Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting,



Budgeting, Audit, Taxation, and Compliance.

✔ Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

✔ Experience with NetSuite or any large ERP system is preferred.

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
