What You'll Be Doing

As our Finance Manager – Compliance & Accounting, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

? Location: Hyderabad.

? Experience: 10+ Years

? Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Your Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing compliance.

✅ Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA, and other statutory filings.

✅ Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

✅ Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.

✅ Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely closure of financial books.





✅ Support financial reporting under Indian GAAP (US GAAP exposure is an added advantage).

✅ Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Accounting, and Month-End/Year-End Closures.

✅ Drive automation and process improvements across finance operations.

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

What We're Looking For

✔ Chartered Accountant (CA)

✔ 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting

✔ Strong expertise in:

Statutory Compliance

GST & Income Tax

Transfer Pricing

Financial Accounting

Regulatory Reporting

✔ Experience handling statutory assessments and audits.

✔ Exposure to US Accounting/US GAAP is a plus.

✔ Hands-on experience with Zoho, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.

✔ Proven people leadership experience with 4+ years managing finance teams.
