Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in finance and accounting. The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation. Maintain financial files and ensure accurate record-keeping. Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors as required. Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
