Job Title: Finance Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive – Finance to support monthly and quarterly financial closing, MIS reporting, and accounting operations. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial records, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to a robust reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Closing & Accounting

- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing of books of accounts.
- Pass and review journal entries to ensure accurate accounting.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure closure of open items.
- Reconcile various ledgers with books of accounts and resolve discrepancies.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports for specific business segments.
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Track division-wise profitability and report to senior management.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in reporting framework.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with operational and reporting teams for data collection and validation.




- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless financial reporting.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate with auditors for audit requirements and schedules.
- Assist in providing data, schedules, and explanations during audits.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Zoho or similar).
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / B.A. in Commerce) or equivalent.
- Postgraduate degree/diploma in Finance/Accounting (preferred).
- Relevant experience in financial reporting, MIS, and monthly closure activities.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in accounting operations and MIS reporting roles.
- Exposure to month-end closing and audit coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and structured reporting environments.
