About the Role

Sunzone Sports & Play Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Finance Executive to join its Finance & Accounts Department.

You will be part of a collaborative team of finance professionals, working together across Finance, Accounts, Commercial Operations, Imports and Compliance. Responsibilities are distributed among team members based on expertise and workload, ensuring a supportive and learning-oriented work environment.

This role offers exposure far beyond routine accounting. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, MIS, working capital management, import operations, banking, commercial finance and business analysis while working closely with senior management.

This position is ideal for candidates who aspire to build a long-term career in Corporate Finance and Business Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & MIS

- Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare project-wise, business verticle-wise profitability reports.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor working capital and prepare receivable and payable ageing reports.
- Analyse business performance and prepare management dashboards.
- Support management with financial and commercial analysis for decision-making.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors,



Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
- Maintain cost analysis for every import container.
- Assist in improving working capital through timely collections and payment planning.
- Co-ordinating with CHA agents for import container
- Verify import documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill and Insurance documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com / BAF / BMS (Finance) / MBA (Finance)
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Commercial or Import Operations.
- Experience in import documentation and banking procedures will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Team Structure The Finance Executive will work as part of an established Finance & Accounts team. Responsibilities are shared across team members based on specialization and operational requirements, ensuring a balanced workload, continuous learning and collaborative working workplace. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
