About the Role

Sunzone Sports & Play Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Finance Executive to support our Finance and Import Operations. This role offers exposure to financial reporting, business analysis, import documentation, working capital management and commercial operations, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career beyond routine accounting.

The role involves close coordination with suppliers, CHA Agents, banks and internal teams to ensure smooth financial and import operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & MIS

- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare project-wise and Product-wise profitability reports.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor working capital and prepare ageing reports.
- Analyse business performance and support management decision-making.
- Cost analysis for all imports

Accounting & Compliance

- Assist in GST, TDS and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers and consultants.

Import & Commercial Operations

- Coordinate import shipments with overseas suppliers and CHA.
- Plan shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of imported materials.




- Prepare and verify import documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill and Insurance documents.
- Coordinate with banks for import remittances, FEMA documentation and Bill of Entry submission.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M.Com / BAF / MBA (Finance)
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts or Import Operations.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and banking procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills.
