About the Role A leading MNC Bank is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead & Business Manager – CFO Office to join its Finance leadership team.

This is a strategic leadership role that combines operational excellence with business management, offering the opportunity to work closely with the CFO Office on key strategic, governance, and transformation initiatives across the Finance function.

The successful candidate will lead the Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) in India, drive the expansion of offshore finance capabilities, build high-performing teams, and ensure seamless collaboration with global Finance stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Centre of Excellence (CoE) Leadership

Lead and expand the Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) in India, building a scalable and high-performing organization.

Drive recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development.

Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting operational and governance standards.

Support the implementation of the Finance operating model and strategic initiatives.

Build strong relationships with local and global Finance stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, regulatory, and risk management standards.

Represent the India CoE in governance forums and leadership discussions.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Drive process optimization and capability-building initiatives across the Finance function.

Business Manager – CFO Office

Support strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the CFO Office.

Coordinate business planning, governance, management reporting, and performance tracking.

Prepare business cases and organizational planning initiatives.

Act as a liaison between global Finance leadership, the India CoE, and regional Finance teams.

Facilitate effective communication, knowledge transfer, and issue resolution across regions.

Prepare executive presentations,



management reports, and board-level materials.

Monitor key initiatives and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Continuously improve governance frameworks and operating practices.

Candidate

ProfileEducation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications in Project Management, Leadership, or Change Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Consulting, Shared Services, or Business Management.

Proven experience leading Global Capability Centres (GCC), Shared Services, Offshore Delivery Centres, or Centres of Excellence.

Robust understanding of Finance operations, financial markets, and wealth management.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership across global teams.

Strategic Thinking

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business management capabilities.

Ability to convert complex business challenges into practical solutions and execute strategic priorities.

Execution Excellence

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Language

Fluent in English.
