Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) to join our team. This role combines deep financial expertise with functional implementation capabilities, focusing on delivering end-to-end solutions using modern DevOps practices and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional design and implementation of D365 F&O; solutions, with particular emphasis on financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Management, Tax and Financial Reporting
- Configure and customize financial processes, workflows, and business rules according to business requirements
- Architect and develop custom solutions and integrations within the D365 F&O; platform
- Document complex business report requirements for delivery by third parties
- Manage solution deployment and release management using Azure DevOps
- Provide functional leadership in agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews




- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the F&O; platform
- Mentor junior team members on functional best practices and financial process implementation

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O; or AX2012 across the globe
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, build and release pipelines is a bonus
- Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power Platform integration
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery

Functional Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; or AX2012 (minimum 5 years)
