The finance background ensures they understand the 'why' behind what they are saying.

Qualification : MINIMUM ONE of the following: ->

- Completed CA Articleship (3 years) - even if CA Finals not yet cleared ->
- MBA Finance from any recognized college ->
- B.Com 2 or more years working in a CA firm (audit, accounts, compliance, GST) NOT suitable : Pure tele-callers, BPO background without finance understanding, freshers with no finance exposure.
