Eligibility Criteria : ACCA Affiliates with 8-10 Years of experience in Finance and accounts field .

Key Responsibilities

- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

- MIS reporting and performance accounting.

- Financial statement analysis and business insights.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Handle internal, statutory, GST and external audits.

- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

- Cash flow management and banking operations.

- Coordinate legal and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act.

- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.

- Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance.

- Client coordination and negotiation.

- Cost analysis and business forecasting.

- Coordinate with internal departments and oversee receivables/payables.

- Ensure compliance for Private Limited Companies and portfolio management.

Required Skills

- Robust expertise in Finance & Accounting functions

- Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Ability to independently manage audits, compliances, and legal documentation
