About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Advisory Specialist with proven expertise in US financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and bookkeeping, with a particular focus on the SaaS industry. This role requires direct collaboration with US-based clients and stakeholders, ensuring financial accuracy, strategic insight, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Analysis:
Develop, maintain, and refine robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on
SaaS-specific metrics
Partner with advisory clients to ensure financial projections align with long-term business objectives
Conduct in-depth analysis of cash flows, variances, and performance indicators Bookkeeping & Accounting:
Oversee daily bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with US GAAP , particularly with regard to SaaS revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
Manage payroll processing in collaboration with third-party service providers.
Financial
Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Track and report on SaaS-specific KPIs, helping clients make informed financial decisions. Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Liaise closely with US-based finance teams and clients to deliver updates, insights, and reporting on financial performance.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, and modeling, ideally within the SaaS domain.
Strong understanding of US accounting standards and SaaS-specific financial frameworks (e.g., ASC 606).
Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, and familiarity with remote platforms such as Ramp, Stripe, Justworks, and Slack.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling. Key Skills

Strong financial reporting and analytical abilities.
Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SaaS accounting standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
