- SAP MM, PS & FICO understanding
- Setting up the accounting and commercial procedures and controls, and ensuring they run effectively for excellent audit pulse.
- Sourcing release of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials to Head Office; ensure book closing on time
- Finalization of notes to accounts for annual accounts
- Coordinate with departments for corporate governance report on a quarterly basis
- VC monitoring, review, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy in the QV
- Preparation of unit budget after input from all stakeholders
- Responsible for coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax audit
- Responsible for Capex monitoring with respect to cost and time
- Responsible for troubleshooting of FI module of SAP
- Responsible for preparation of fixed cost budget with actuals
- Responsible for preparation of stock statement for banks
- Responsible for ensuring timely closure of books of accounts
- Responsible for CMA inspection
- Compliance with DOA (Delegation of Authority)
