Department/Function: Field Technical Service

Major Responsibilities

- Claim and complaint management
- Product feedback to R&D; and Sales
- Demand Generation Activities
- Training – of internal and external staff
- Market Intelligence – current practices by the competition,



latest trends in customer service and customer experience
- Implementation of Marketing and Service Initiatives
- Sales support – support sales team in timely customer complain resolution, sales generation through customer activities etc

Skills

- Awareness of Sales Processes and Systems
- Knowledge of market assessment/ demand estimation techniques
- Knowledge of mechanisms for brand building, marketing communication and promotional activities
- Product Knowledge
