As the Field Service Engineer your prime objective is preventative maintenance for customers and a timely response for breakdowns.

You will provide quality support and service for customers, using your excellent customer skills, you will build professional relationships with a wide range of customers within the industry Role Overview: The incumbent will report to the Service Manager for South Asia.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day field operations including planning of service visits, preventive maintenance visits.

- Act as an essential interface between end-users and internal support function by providing timely onsite technical assistance to customers.
- CMC/AMC revenue generation as per the revenue assigned.
- Install,



upgrade, repair, and maintain devices covering North region.
- Identify the problems and provide technical support to customers.
- Manage the Service Territory including distributor’s service FSE.
- Respond to service requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up to date customer information, technical files and appropriate databases.
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required from SFDC.

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
