Job Title Finance Controller Location Karnal Haryana Reporting To Managing Director Industry Manufacturing Experience Required 8-12 years in finance and accounting with at least 3 years in a controller or senior finance role Education Chartered Accountant CA or MBA in Finance Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our finance and accounting operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance overseeing budgeting and compliance and most importantly managing and optimizing cash flow to support strategic business objectives Key Responsibilities Cash Flow Management Core Focus Monitor daily cash positions and forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs Develop rolling cash flow forecasts weekly monthly quarterly to proactively manage short-term and long-term liquidity Identify cash flow improvement opportunities and implement controls to reduce leakages or inefficiencies Optimize working capital manage payables receivables and inventory turnover to improve cash cycles Advise management on investment and funding strategies based on cash positions and forecasts Financial Planning and Analysis FP Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes Analyze monthly financial results and key performance indicators KPIs providing insights and recommendations Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment between operational and financial goals Accounting and Reporting Oversee accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year-end closings in compliance with Indian GAAP IFRS Ensure reconciliation of all key accounts and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with auditors for statutory internal and tax audits Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory laws and financial regulations e g GST TDS Income Tax Companies Act Maintain robust internal controls and continuously assess financial risks Ensure all filings and reporting obligations are completed on time Team Leadership Stakeholder Management Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team Act as a key business partner to cross-functional teams Present financial reports and strategies to senior management and the board Key Skills and Attributes Proven experience in cash flow planning and treasury management Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Excellent command of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in financial systems SAP Tally Leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Work Location In person
