Job Summary Vivify Technocrats is seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to handle installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support for advanced security screening systems including X-Ray Baggage Inspection Systems and Door Frame Metal Detectors at airport and other high-security environments. The role requires solid technical capability, discipline for shift operations, and adherence to safety and quality standards. ✅ Service & Maintenance Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of: X-Ray Baggage Inspection Systems Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD) Hand Held Metal Detectors (HHMD) Other electronic security systems Diagnose faults and carry out timely rectification Ensure maximum uptime of deployed equipment ✅ Installation & Commissioning Execute installation, testing,



and commissioning of security equipment Support system integration and functional validation Coordinate with OEM / client during commissioning ✅ Shift Operations Attend day/night rotational shifts at: Airport passenger terminals Cargo terminals High-security premises Provide on-site technical support during operational hours ✅ Reporting & Documentation Record daily shift activities and service reports Submit reports through prescribed formats/tools Maintain maintenance logs and service history ✅ Preventive Maintenance Execute scheduled PM as per OEM standards Ensure checklist compliance Recommend corrective actions for recurring issues
