Primary Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations across Bangalore and other cities for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, mini PCs, workstations, and basic server hardware.

- Replace components such as RAM, SSDs/HDDs, keyboards, displays, batteries, motherboards, cooling fans, power supplies, etc.

- Install and configure Windows, IOS, Microsoft Office, drivers, antivirus, printers, and networking devices.

- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks.

- Maintain spare inventory and update service reports after every visit.

- Coordinate with customers professionally and ensure quick issue resolution.

- Prepare rental devices before dispatch, including imaging, testing, cleaning, and quality checks.

- Escalate complex hardware issues when required.

Technical Skills Required The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of:

- Laptop repair (Apple ,HP , Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS)

- Desktop assembly and troubleshooting

- Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting

- BIOS configuration and firmware updates





- SSD cloning and data migration

- Microsoft Office installation

- LAN networking, Wi-Fi configuration, TCP/IP basics

- Printer installation and troubleshooting

- Active Directory and domain joining (preferred)

- Basic server hardware troubleshooting (Dell PowerEdge, HPE, Lenovo)

- Data backup and recovery basics

Preferred Certifications

- CompTIA A+

- Microsoft Certified (preferred)

- Dell/HP/Lenovo hardware certification (advantage)

- CCNA (basic networking knowledge is a plus)

- Excellent customer handling

- Valuable communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada

- Ability to work independently

- Documentation skills

Mandatory Requirements

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

- Comfortable traveling across Bangalore

- Smartphone for service updates

- Willingness to occasionally work beyond office hours during urgent breakdowns
