Role & responsibilities

- Install, test, and commission CCTV systems (IP/Analog Cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling).

- Configure and integrate Access Control Systems (Biometric/Card-based).

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of Fire Hydrant systems, Sprinkler systems, and Pump Room equipment (Main Pump, Jockey Pump, Diesel Pump).

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Fighting, and Pump systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, ensuring timely resolution with minimal downtime.

- Conduct routine testing of fire pumps, hydrant systems, CCTV recording, and access control functionality.

- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and OEMs to resolve technical issues.





- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site quality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ELV & Fire Fighting Systems.

- Working knowledge of:

- CCTV Systems

- Access Control Systems

- Fire Hydrant Systems

- Sprinkler Systems

- Pump Room Equipment

- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and networking.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Experience with OEMs such as Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Johnson Controls, or similar.

- Knowledge of NFPA and IS Fire Safety Standards.

- Basic understanding of PLC systems and pump controllers.
