We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Field Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of our EV battery swapping network. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to field breakdowns, and ensuring the reliability and performance of battery swapping stations across Kathmandu Valley.

Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of battery swapping stations.

Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore station operations promptly.

Replace faulty components and perform functional testing.

Collect warranty evidence and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain detailed service records, maintenance reports, and inspection logs.

Ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures, SOPs, and safety standards.





Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance station reliability and operational efficiency. Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.

Prior experience in field service, maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, or technical support is preferred.

Sound knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and diagnostic tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Kathmandu Valley.

Valid motorcycle driving licence is mandatory.
