Your Mission - Identify, target, and acquire new clients requiring IT staffing and talent solutions
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing services (Contract, C2H, Permanent)
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment
- Own end-to-end sales cycles — from cold outreach to signed contracts
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CTOs, Procurement)
- Drive revenue targets and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and market trends ✅ Who We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Must-have: Prior experience selling IT staffing,



talent acquisition, or workforce solutions
- Proven track record of closing deals with IT companies, GCCs, or tech startups
- Strong network within the Hyderabad tech ecosystem is a big plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability ? Bonus Points - Experience with US staffing or cross-border talent solutions
- Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or HTD staffing models
