Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead and manage a field sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to drive sales performance, monitor team productivity, and ensure business growth while maintaining high employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent field performance.
- Track team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor field sales executives.
- Conduct regular field visits to guide and support the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and resolve escalations effectively.
- Analyze sales data, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling and field sales.
- Experience in BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or any target-driven sales industry is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
