Key Responsibilities : Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities. Meet customers, understand their requirements, and conduct site visits. Explain the benefits of solar energy, cost savings, and available subsidy/finance options.

Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales. Build strong relationships with customers and business partners. Update customer details and sales progress in the CRM system. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Participate in exhibitions,



promotional events, and business networking activities. Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility

Graduate, Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field).

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.) Gender: Male English: Basic to Good communication skills.
