- Window Hardware products. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to generate sales. Promote and demonstrate the company's products and explain their features and benefits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the office for quotations and order processing. Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and convert enquiries into orders. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the internal support team. Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer database. Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer meetings whenever required. Identify opportunities for new product introductions based on market feedback. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Experience in uPVC Hardware, Building Materials, Architectural Hardware, Fenestration, Glass, Aluminium, Plywood, Construction Materials, or related industries is preferred.

Good presentation and product demonstration skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email). Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
