Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B business growth for our diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring recent business, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, increasing referral volumes, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires extensive field travel and strong relationship management skills within the healthcare ecosystem.

Experience in Diagnostics is required.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales activities. Meet and engage with Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Corporate Healthcare Providers, Diagnostic Centers, and Healthcare Institutions to promote diagnostic services. Onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners through strategic business development initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, hospital administrators, procurement teams,



and key decision-makers. Drive revenue generation by increasing diagnostic test referrals and expanding existing accounts. Identify new market opportunities and create a strong client acquisition pipeline.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Negotiate commercial terms and close business agreements. Ensure excellent client service and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities. Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in healthcare events, CMEs, conferences, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
