Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Medical Devices & Disposable Items

Location: Kollam

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell medical devices and disposable products across the Kollam region. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell medical devices and disposable products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

- Plus Two or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, medical sales, or healthcare products is an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred.
