2. Identify prospective leads for Bosch Car Service (BCS) franchisee
3. Be the gate-opener to introduce BCS concept to the interested parties in assigned geography
4. Assist area manager in timely on-boarding of shortlisted parties as Bosch Car Service
5. Training of workshop staff on best practices of Bosch Car Service
6. Monitor vehicle footfall, business situation and corresponding parts purchase of BCS on weekly basis
7. Co-ordination with Area Manager to drive initiatives related to DES in assigned geography
8. Prepare monthly calendar of promotional BTL activations for BCS to increase vehicle footfall and execute the same by coordinating with different departments and agencies
9.
On-board assigned BCS for consumption of products/services offered by co-operation partners
10. Ensure closure of quality audit points given by every manager and maintenance of the quality standards at BCS to make it best alternative to OE workshops
11. Co-ordinate for any market research activity carried out in assigned market
12. Requirements
13. Qualification: Diploma or Graduate in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
14. Should be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint
15. Thorough knowledge on dealer management software, vehicular systems
16. Past experience as service advisor in passenger car workshop is preferred
17. Positive communication & interpersonal skills - verbal and written in local language
