We are looking for enthusiastic Field Recruiters to join our Last Mile Delivery team and support driver partner onboarding for leading mobility and delivery platforms. ? Hiring Locations: Murshidabad, West Bengal

Positions - 2 Openings Job Summary As a Field Recruiter – Last Mile Delivery, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding driver partners for Gig4u's last-mile delivery Uber projects. The role requires robust communication skills, field engagement, and the ability to achieve recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities Source and recruit driver partners for last-mile delivery projects.

Conduct field outreach, local campaigns, and recruitment drives.

Explain job opportunities, earnings, and onboarding processes to candidates.

Assist candidates with document verification and registration.





Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Build relationships with local communities and referral networks.

Maintain daily recruitment reports and onboarding records.

Achieve hiring and onboarding targets while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications Graduate or Undergraduate.

0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Field Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or Operations.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Comfortable with field travel.
