Company: Centre for Development Orientation and Training (CDOT), Patna, Bihar Job Position: Field Officer – Financial Inclusion Location: Vadodara / Ahmedabad (Gujarat) & Gorakhpur / Mau (Uttar Pradesh) Experience: 3–5 years’ relevant experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified below.

Roles and Responsibilities Liaising with banks for the locations where BCs are required.

Relationship building with banks.

Accountability for BCA deployment and its proper functioning.

Training and coordination with BCs and ensuring the set target.

Responsible for support to BCAs on technical issues.

Documentation of BCA appointment, bank letter, current mandate details and any other documents.

Collection of security deposit and other payments as prescribed by CDOT.





Monitoring BCs on a daily basis and reporting progress to the Operations Manager / Head Office.

Performing any other responsibility assigned by the Head Office.

Key Requirements Demonstrated ability to work in the field.

Should have familiarity in lead generation.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in Hindi and English).
